Students of the Faculty of Tourism at UTMS today on 03.12.2015 led by the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Assoc. Dr. Sasko Gramtanikovski, Pro Rector for Education Professor. Dr. Mijalce Georgievski, Ass. Mr. Goran Apostolov and Ass. Mr. Meri Nickova were visiting the Alexander the Great Airport Skopje and the center for air traffic control. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the students with the procedures and the way of operation of the airport and the center for air traffic control.

Primarily visited the center for air traffic control, where they were greeted by an employee of the center for air traffic control, Mr. Dejan Indzevski which held an introductory lecture and explained to students that the primary task of all employees, odnsono air traffic controllers to contribute to the efficiency of the national transport system to guarantee the security and regularity of supplies within the Macedonian airspace for all categories of users, respecting international commitments of the country.

Mr. Dejan Indzhovski them elabororashe flying procedures, emphasizing that they are designed in accordance with the procedures for air navigation services (PANS-OPS) in order to ensure obstacle clearance and maintain separation distances. He also emphasized that it is a really big responsibility of the operator to provide procedures for abnormal and emergency operations for emergencies.

After visiting the control center for flight students were visiting the Aleksander the Great Airport Skopje and they had lectures from the Operating Officer, Mr. Slavcho Drndarovski, who explained to them in detail the procedures for checking the passengers, passport and customs control all operational tasks that employees who perform as part of operation management. While the security system of Skopje Alexander the Great Airport and care for travelers, students explained Mr. Vladimir Mitev, Head of the security administrative sector.

At the end of the visit the airport students of the Faculty of Tourism at the University of Tourism and Management visited the Prime Class reference section has expanded scope of services offered by TAV "primeclass" .VIP and CIP services for travelers who want extra comfort and space.
